Arabic is not a translation layer added at the end. It is a first-class locale, authored independently, and the RTL and bidi problems are design problems from the first day.
Honest about what is not done
The public surface says what is built and what is not. That discipline starts inside the team — you will not be asked to ship something and call it finished when it is not.

We do not have a job description template.
