Systems architecture
In progressHow one evidence record stays correct while products and organizations grow around it. The foundation is built once — keeping it coherent under change is the ongoing problem.
Evidence and provenance
In progressMaking a claim traceable to its source, and reviewable by a person before it counts. The gap between what a system can assert and what a human will accept is where most of the work lives.
Assessment design
In progressMeasuring capability in ways both the professional and the employer can defend. A score nobody can argue against is not the goal — a score both sides can explain is.
Arabic-first interfaces
In progressProfessional software that reads as naturally in Arabic as it does in English. Not translation — independent authoring, with RTL, bidi and terminology treated as first-class design problems.

These are directions the architecture points toward but has not reached. They are stated as questions because that is what they are.
How does evidence age?
A record that was correct when it was made may not be correct a year later. How the system models decay — and when it asks a person to re-verify — is an open question.
What does cross-organization evidence look like?
Evidence built inside one organization could, with consent, carry into another. How that works without either side losing control is a design problem, not just a policy one.
How does a companion stay accountable?
A system that reasons over a lifetime of context has to keep that reasoning inspectable — so a person can see what it holds about them and why. That is the trust problem at a larger scale, and it is where the architecture points next.
Research is not a department.
Every product OZLILI ships is an attempt to answer one of these questions in production. If you are working on the same problems, we would like to hear from you.
