OPI, from your goal to ready.

Everything in OPI is measured against a goal you name. You add your context, and your experience and skills become the baseline that the assessment will compare with that goal when it opens. The Growth rail shows all twelve stages and the one you are on.

1. Name the outcome you want: a target role or capability, and why it matters now.
2. Add your industry, region, experience level and the sources you work from.
3. Build your profile from your experience and skills.
4. Open Growth to see the twelve-stage rail, from Goal to Reassessment, with your current stage marked.

Coming soon: OPI will read your CV and propose the statements it finds, and nothing will join your profile until you review it. Until then, you add your statements yourself. What you keep is recorded as your own statement, labelled Confirmed by you. It is context, not evidence.

1. Open Sources and drop a PDF or Word (.docx) file of up to 8 MB.
2. When extraction opens, you will keep the tab open while the upload moves through its stages, and the screen will tell you when it is safe to leave.
3. You will then review each proposed statement: accept it, edit it first, or reject it. A rejected statement will write nothing to your profile.
4. When gap analysis opens, statements you confirm yourself will appear in it as context only. They are labelled Confirmed by you and do not count toward coverage.

Coming soon: an assessment will measure you against your goal. You will confirm the session rules, answer item by item with your progress saved, then submit to seal the result. The sealed result will be a record you can build on, not evidence by itself.

1. When the assessment opens, you will open Assessment and start an assessment against your goal.
2. You will confirm the integrity and session rules before you begin.
3. You will answer each item and choose Save and continue; if you leave, you will resume from your last save.
4. You will then submit and seal the result; after that, answers can no longer be changed.
5. You will read your sealed result: strengths and gaps, each tied to the criteria.

Coming soon. Evidence comes from your assessment: what you claim, checked in the assessment and added to your profile. Certificates and courses will be added later. OPI will then compare the evidence on your profile with what your goal expects, rank the gaps with the evidence each one rests on, and recommend what to do next. You will record the decision you commit to, and OPI will keep it with its follow-through. Reassessment and comparing a second result with the first are planned.

1. When the assessment opens, you will complete it and read its sealed result.
2. What you claimed, once the assessment has checked it, will be added to your profile as evidence issued by us, not self-declared.
3. You will open the gap analysis to see where your evidence is strong, where it is thin, and what would close the distance.
4. You will choose from the prioritized recommendations, then record your decision and the reason for it.
5. As you follow it through, you will record what actually happened.

When a real opening appears, you define it and complete your profile for it. Interview practice and the readiness report are coming soon, and the report's depth will depend on your plan.
